About Festive Singers

Festive Singers was founded in 1999 under the premise that music can be very portable and could go to parties, festivals or outdoor events. Performers can even move through the audience and sing freely to people.

In 2005, Matt and Cynthia Gruel, took over ownership. They continue the legacy and quality of services that former Stacie Steinke began. Making performances memorable takes extra effort, and they make sure all the details create an atmosphere that will enhance the music.

Mike Skarr of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce has said that “the Festive Singers are willing to tailor their performances to the needs of the customer. You have to be flexible to distinguish yourself in today’s market, and that probably is their biggest competitive edge.”

Members of Festive Singers regularly grace the stages of Drury Lane, Theatre at the Center, Chicago Lyric Opera, Chicago Symphony Chorus, and Light Opera Works. Normally, you would have to drive to a performance venue, purchase an expensive ticket and pay for parking to receive quality musical entertainment. Instead, we bring this quality to you! We offer you music that makes the moment!
